This is a portfolio I created in my Public Relations Communications course in Spring 2024.

This project allowed me to gain valuable knowledge in creating press releases, media lists, pitches, social media content and a blog post. It was created using Canva.

For this assignment, I was tasked with redesigning and enhancing a bad advertisement in Photoshop to make it better. This project taught me that it can be difficult to find a good picture for an ad because of the challenge of fitting text in the available blank space. It allowed me to practice some basic Photoshop skills and get a feel for design.

Original Ad

This is a coffee menu I constructed for a class where the only requirement was to use the text given to us to create a menu without the use of a template. I earned extra credit for this assignment as it was picked as one of the top 3 menus created. I learned how to pull inspiration from examples without copying the same style when working on this menu.
